The project involves the renovation of a villa in Tinus, one of the most prestigious and panoramic places of St. Moritz.

The surrounding sights suggested the idea to open the south facade trough large windows, where the terraces have been provided. All the shielding system is designed to ensure privacy from the outside and, at the same time, the transparency from the inside.

The villa is organized in six levels, three underground levels and three floors above the ground, with a wellness area, a sleeping area with three large bedrooms and a 55 sqm suite, a 180 sqm openspace living area and an attic with the master bedroom.
