ENMA is a real estate private equity company based in London, specialized in real estate investments and development in the hospitality industry within the UK and Europe.

Our vision is to deliver compelling net investment performance by investing, developing and managing value-added assets in the hotel and luxury segment. Knowing the Italian market well, we decided to invest there because there are many opportunities in unique locations where only international brands can make the difference.

Sustainability is an important part of ENMA’s investment strategy

The investments must be sustainable, and a fundamental part of our business is to ensure we invest responsibly.
We intend to make the area of the investment grow, giving a social value and a concrete impact on the area of the investment.

The preservation of nature and the sea are an absolute priority in ENMA Capital.
As an example for the two investments in Sardinia, we are partnering with the One Ocean Foundation and cooperating with local food producers to supply hotels.

New real estate securitization vehicle

ENMA for the experience gained over the years in the real estate sector in the investment, management, and development branch, was authorized by the Bank of Italy to be the asset manager of the new real estate securitization vehicle called OCTANTO REV 1 of which QUIANTO CAPITAL is the sponsor and will be a junior investor.

The vehicle was created to carry out investments and developments in the hospitality sector principally in the Italian market and offers also the possibility of gathering professional and institutional investors through the issue of securities, managed through the MTS platform, who are interested to invest with us in an alternative segment in premium markets with strong international tenants and brands.

Enrico Meneghetti , CEO of ENMA Capital founded in 2016. He is Italian, he studied engineering in Padua. His background is in M&A and real estate private equity in Italy, and then for 12 years in Switzerland. There he started with investments in residential buildings and then also to the hospitality sector. He has experience in real estate analysis, planning, development, and management and (besides the two projects in Sardinia) he has other investments in their pipeline.
